Movemakers is different – we are here to help you move on from wherever you are.

Movemakers do not charge any fees, at any point and as Movemakers are a private buyer, you will not have to pay any estate agents fees.

Our service is designed to work best for those whose sale has fallen through – where the chain of properties has been broken. Movemakers will buy your house at the discounted price but then negotiate the discount with the entire chain, so it is shared among each ‘link’ by way of a reduction in price on every property. You do not have to be in a chain however, Movemakers will make you an offer for your house whatever your circumstances; perhaps you would simply like to have stronger negotiating power with which to buy your new home – selling to Movemakers means you are selling to a cash buyer who won't let you down. Every offer we make is unique! Every property is judged on its individual features – both positive and negative.

We first need feedback from our local appointed estate agent, who will value your house on our behalf – reassuring you with a local contact and giving us the benefit of their knowledge on the local market to ensure you get the right price.

Once we have a report from the agent, we will call you with our offer and send you written confirmation the same day.

And that’s it. The rest is up to you.

When you decide to accept our offer, the next step is to sign and return our offer acceptance form which will be sent with your offer confirmation letter and then instruct your solicitor in the normal way. Movemakers or the local appointed agent can recommend solicitors if you require help selecting one.

Finally, all you have to do is to choose your moving date!
